Return Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from Male Effects.
If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 15 days of delivery for an exchange or full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping, handling or other additional charges.
Any item returned must be in like-new condition, in its original box, with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit. No returns will be accepted if parts are missing Damage or Defective Items.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact Customer Service immediately at 972-424-0524. Please give the Customer service representative your order number and item number listed on the packing slip.
How to Return an Item
Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible. Enclose the return portion of the original packing slip with the item and note the reason for return.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase usually within 15 business days of receiving your returned product. Delays may be experienced in the case of incomplete returns.
